The completion of the Quad renovation, which has transformed the campus center into a more attractive, quiet, and environmentally sustainable place, was celebrated May 24. Roadways were removed, native trees and shrubs were installed, lawn area was reduced, and brick paths and walkways installed. Wendy Hill, provost and dean of the faculty, spoke on the history, and Edward W. Ahart ’69, Board chair, recognized more than 20 donors whose generosity made the renovation possible.
