Magadan ’17 Plays for U21 National Team

In February, field hockey team member Amanda Magadan ’17 was chosen to play for USA Field Hockey’s U-21 team in the friendly series against Canada held in Lancaster, Pa. The forward tallied six goals and two assists this fall and was selected to the All-Patriot League Second Team.

“This was my first time representing the U21 team in a series,” says Magadan, a biology major. “Throughout this new venture the coaching staff at Lafayette has been super supportive, and I was glad to represent Lafayette during the weekend.”
