MORE THAN 1,200 ALUMNI returned June 7-9 to celebrate together on campus. From the parade and All-Alumni Picnic to class receptions, campus tours, and dancing under the tent on March Field, there were activities and events for all ages.
President Daniel H. Weiss gave his final State of the College address, and a special event was held commemorating the 150th anniversary of the Battle of Gettysburg including a discussion about Ed Coddington led by Lou Schaffer ’55 and more than 15 of his students. Coddington was professor of history from 1946 to 1967 and the author of The Gettysburg Campaign: A Study in Command. Reunion College sessions included the past and future of the medical field, engineering, and students’ experience in television broadcasting.
Mitt Moore ’43 (above, right) returned for his 70th reunion and was delighted to grab a moment with the Leopard. Two members of the Class of 1988, back for their 25th reunion, are Jennifer Reeves Gidaro (left) and Stephanie Hanus.
Celebrating his 50th is Michael Stillman ’63 (below, center) with his wife Esther Stillman (right), and Eileen Sirlin, wife of Roger Sirlin ’63.
