Facing Lafayette

As part of the College’s Bicentennial celebration, an exhibit called Facing Lafayette: Man, Myth, Image will run Sept. 3 through Dec. 5 at the Williams Center Gallery. Visitors can explore paintings, sculptures, and prints of the Marquis de Lafayette while learning from a fresh narrative, prepared by student curators Peter Godziela ’25 and Lillian Sampson ’27, that reexamines his story and the myths surrounding him.
