A profile written about Brianna Braswell ’16, associate director of admissions at Lafayette, is featured in the latest edition of McDonogh Voice. As a first-generation student who had to navigate the college admissions process for the first time, Braswell knows that establishing connections can set students up for success throughout their lives. “Everyone wants to belong. It’s an innate need,” says Braswell, who began working at Lafayette in 2016. “I think students are starting to focus on where they feel and find that fit.”
