Connecting the Campus with the Community

Lafayette provides rich resources for the Easton community and attracts more than 90,000 visitors annually for events and programs.

During Live Connected, Lead Change, safer and more accessible roads and pedestrian paths were created thanks to support from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. These “Smart Connections” enhancements included six projects to better link the main campus with the surrounding neighborhoods such as alleviating parking, augmenting crosswalks, and adding trees and traffic-calming features.
